How we collect and check reviews
European rules require any shop showing customer reviews to explain whether and how it checks that they come from real buyers. Here is exactly how ours work.
- Review requests are sent by email only after an order has been delivered — no order, no invitation.
- Each published review is tied to a real order in our system, which is what the verified badge means.
- We publish every review we receive, positive or negative. Ratings are never filtered to make the average look better.
- We remove a review only if it contains abuse, personal data or something unrelated to the product — never because it is critical.
- We never offer payment, discounts or free product in exchange for a review.
- Reviews are hosted by Judge.me, an independent platform, and are not editable by us after publication.
