⚖️ Your statutory right of withdrawal (EU)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is a legal right and applies to all items, including sale and clearance items.

To exercise it, email info@merinotech.eu or use our cancellation form. We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Exception under EU law: sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene cannot be returned if they have been unsealed after delivery.

🕓 Our extended 30-day returns

In addition to your statutory rights, we voluntarily offer 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible items with original tags and packaging. The conditions below apply to this extended window.

  We provide 1 pre-paid return label per order, so it's best to try all the items on and send them back together if a return or exchange is needed. Any additional label will be provided at the customer's cost.
• 
  
  For hygiene reasons, socks and underwear (including boxers) are not eligible for return or exchange under this extended policy once unsealed.
• 
  
  Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for the extended 30-day window. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal still applies to them.

  Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including any bonus pair of socks that came with the returned item.

  Items must be unworn and unwashed. Trying on indoors is recommended.

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we process your refund or exchange within approximately 48 hours. Refunds typically appear on your card within 5–10 business days.
